•‘Jayem’ range of low-level bin-fed batching plants are unrivalled by any of its competitors. All batching plants offered are fully transportable, fully automated. The compact and easy-to-use design of these plants ensure they can be up and working within few hours of arrival on site.
•‘Jayem’ low-level dry plant is available in two sizes: 3 or 4 bin with output capacities from 20- 90m³/hr. Each unit has a specially designed conveyor belt to lift the raw materials, which folds away into the first aggregate bin, minimising its height for transportation. Every plant comes fitted with load cells and a digital display with print out facilities to enable constant control of raw materials. Jayem can supply a wide array of accessories to work alongside the low-level batching plants including: ad-mixture dosing system, cement silo, aggregate feeders and water chillers. •Gathering / weighing conveyor: Aggregates are discharged sequentially according to predefined set values on to the gathering conveyor. The gathering conveyor assembly is suspended on 4 load cells as soon as desired recipe of aggregates accumulates gathering conveyor discharge the mix on the slinger conveyor. The gathering conveyor & slinger conveyor are provided with idlers roller guides & return roller.
